If you had registered your account via email and have forgotten your password, tap on the 'I Forgot' button at the log-in page. Fill in your email address (do not include space before or after your email) and a link will be emailed to you that will enable you to reset your password.
Please ensure that you check all folders (inbox, junk, spam, etc.) as well.
Changing password:
- Sign in via email: Go to the 'Profile' section, tap on 'Account', change your password in the relevant fields, and tap 'Save'.
- Sign in via Facebook or Apple: Password is not required so you will not have the option to change.
